At Staging AI (operated by Staging AI), we strive to deliver a high-quality AI staging experience. This Refund Policy explains when and how you may request a refund for credit purchases.

1. Credit-Based System

Staging AI operates on a credit-based payment model. Credits are purchased as one-time payments and are used to generate AI-staged interior images. 1 credit = 1 AI-generated image.

Our credit tiers are as follows:

  • 5 credits — $4 USD
  • 25 credits — $18 USD
  • 100 credits — $65 USD
  • 250 credits — $150 USD

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Used credits are non-refundable. Once a credit is consumed to generate an image, it cannot be refunded.
  • Unused credits may be eligible for a refund on a case-by-case basis if requested within 7 days of the original purchase date.
  • Refund requests submitted after 7 days from the purchase date will not be honored.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Your registered email address
  • The transaction ID or payment receipt (from Stripe or PayPal)
  • A brief reason for your refund request

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days and will be returned to the original payment method. The exact timing depends on your bank or payment provider.

5. Exceptions

Refunds will not be granted in cases involving suspected fraud, violation of our Terms of Service, or misuse of the platform. Staging AI reserves the right to decline refund requests at its discretion.
